The State Death Penalty Abolition Coordinators (SDPAC) keeps AI groups, volunteer leaders, and staff informed of death penalty news in their state and mobilizes activists to take action when executions are scheduled. Additionally, the SDPAC will mobilize activists to engage in grassroots legislative advocacy.
The SDPAC also works with other organizations and organizers in the state to coordinate overall statewide strategies and activities surrounding abolition of the death penalty.
